In a bid to create a framework for our company’s performance appraisal- which could help us incorporate the right futuristic inputs and amendments, we settled down to organizing the AMA (ask me anything) live event. This is why the Robotina company addresses questions, comments, and recommendations, coming from its service users, spectators, and critics, with utmost priority and concern.
We have continued to hold regular AMA live events, of which the most recent was that held on the 12th of July 2018, and which was hosted from the company headquarters in Slovenia.
Features of the AMA event
Although the AMA event held as slated, we were not able to achieve as much as we had envisioned, and we really do apologize to everyone who had waited to ask questions, but were eventually not able to be part of the event. As much as we started the overall preparations for the event on time, there were a number of hitches that caught up with us, at the very last minutes of this planned event. These were basically a few technical difficulties that made it impossible for us to stream the events on the links we had advertised; hence, not every intended participant was able to tune in.
However, the question and answer session was insightful, with many of our top service executives on ground to shed light on the company’s innovations and service delivery roadmaps. Our team of experts were also able to give detailed explanations and possible illustrations on all of our activities, as requested from the questions- many of which were geared towards our energy optimization model.
The way forward; how we’ll answer all of your questions
Since we know there might be a lot of questions that should have been asked at the AMA live event, we have decided on what methods to use, so as to ensure that all our intended participants are still able to get the answers they need.
Firstly, all of the questions and answers from the event, would be published on our new website. This is to allow those that were absent at the live events, have details of the interactions, even as they may also find useful answers to their own questions about the company. Members of the Robotina community can access these responses on the website for as long as till the weekend.
Alternatively, questions can be tendered to us via the telegram platform, where answers would be provided to the questions almost immediately as they come. To be part of this network, interested persons would have to join our dedicated channel on the social platform. In the event that the answers are not given on the telegram page, then we’ll definitely hold them up on our website.
The Robotina company appreciates all of the questions and comments that have yet come in, and we hope to keep up with the AMA event; even as a way of building a stronger bond between us, and our esteemed clients from all over the place.
